How do I return an item? Return Policy for damage or other reasons?

This policy is good for 7 days from receipt of your Zing Display order. Will Call / In-Store pick up items by the client are not returnable. Ghost Photography Mannequins are also not returnable. All other items are subject to our return policy listed below.

Please contact customer service at the number above within 5 business days from receipt of your order to discuss the return item or notify us of shipping damage. After 5 days the freight carriers will not honor damage claims on the merchandise. If the returned is authorized, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and you need to ship back the merchandise within five business days of receiving the return authorization.

If damaged you must keep all original packing materials and send us a camera phone picture of the damage or no freight claim can be honored. Zing Display will stand behind the quality of each item sold on our website. If the merchandise has a manufacturers defect in any way, we will replace the item at no charge to the the client. Glass mannequin bases will only be deemed damaged if broken upon arrival.

If you ask us to use your shipping account to ship your order, then you are taking responsibility for any damage or lost packages. You would need to file a claim for goods and would receive compensation through the carriers claim process.

In the case where the Client decides to return the item for any other reason, the Client will need to return the order in its original packaging freight prepaid for evaluation of the product. It the product is deemed in original condition and can be repacked and resold, a 25% handling and restocking fee will be assessed on the total charge of the order. If the items is damaged in any form and can not be resold, it will be returned to the client at our cost with no refund.

Note: If returning a fiberglass mannequins, please note they are not the easiest items to ship as they are quite fragile. It is recommended that you repackage the mannequin parts carefully, Make sure you insure the mannequin for the amount that you paid for it so it is covered by UPS or FedEx in case it is damaged when it arrives back to us. Please be sure the base is in the same location as when it was shipped and is secure in the box, as the base is quite heavy and can crack the mannequin if it shifts from place during transit. If the mannequin is damaged when it is received by us, we will not accept the return. If insurance as recommended, you may file a damage claim with FedEx or UPS and they will fully compensate you. For plastic mannequins with glass bases, please be sure the glass base is packaged back in its own original covering and placed securely inside the box.
